Hannah offers tailor made group classes and private lessons in small friendly classes held at her private garden studio in Hove (no parking restrictions), focusing on Pregnancy Yoga, Mother and Baby Yoga and Hatha Flow Yoga.
Hannah Waldman is a fully insured British Wheel of Yoga qualified yoga instructor (BWY Dip) and a qualified Pre and Post natal Yoga instructor.
Since having her first child 4 years ago Hannah has been teaching Mother and Baby Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga in London, after having qualified with the Sitaram Partnership. She subsequently went on to become an apprentice in Pregnancy yoga with the Sitaram Partnership where she studied and taught yoga under their exceptional guidance and after six months became a fully qualified instructor.
Hannah’s passion for yoga began over ten years ago whilst on her travels in Australia and ever since her passion has not faulted. She has experimented with many styles of yoga and loves the space it creates both physically and mentally within body and mind. Both a friendly and interactive teacher her classes bring with them an element of the experimental in line with her students from hatha flow classes to pregnancy and mother and baby. Small group classes enable students to explore yoga in a safe and warm environment. Groups are small so students receive as much individual attention as possible and all her yoga sessions are aimed at every age and level of experience.
Attending pregnancy yoga classes she subsequently saw her own personal practise soften and flourish. Through taking both her children, Amelie and Luke, to Mother and Baby Yoga classes gave so much joy to both mother and child she now finds she is able to share this joy she experienced with expectant and new mothers and babies and beyond.
Hannah works in conjunction with her husband Philip, who is a Registered Osteopath and Cranial Osteopath, and together they provide a rounded, diverse and complementary approach.
