[av_layerslider id=’3′] [av_one_third first] [av_textblock ] Welcome to Body Origami at Hove Yoga Studio  based in Brighton and Hove, BN3.  I offer Pregnancy yoga, Vinyasa Flow YogaMother and Baby yoga classes and  I also run Baby yoga and Massage courses.  The studio is a lovely yoga cabin.  In the winter it is warm and cosy. In the summer we open the doors onto the garden so that it is open, airy and filled with the sounds of nature. Classes are for four to five students, meaning small class sizes that offer you a very personal yoga experience with lots of attention to adjustments and fine-tuning your yoga experience.   There is free parking locally as well.
